Cavities are preventable. Did you know that an important factor of prevention is actually your oral hygiene?

Cavities are preventable. Did you know that an important factor of prevention is actually your oral care routine? We have some easy tips and tricks to help with your routine. We suggest brushing twice a day and recommend flossing in the morning and before bedtime. We also encourage visiting our office at least every six months for routine cleanings to help remove any buildup and of course an exam by Dr. Priya to make sure everything is looking great. Make sure you change your toothbrush every three months or after any illness.  Finally,  make sure you are hydrating between meals with water.

We whaley love helping our patients come up with new and fun ways to make brushing fun! Ask one of our hygienests for any suggestions next time you visit our office!
